The People of the Sea

When young Donald and his friends head down to the shore to play, they have no idea that they are soon to encounter an arnajuinnaq, one of the sea-dwelling creatures that his elders have told him about.

Based on the author’s own childhood memories, this tale tells of his experience with one of the beautiful and mysterious people of the sea from Inuit myths.
