Skraelings named one of the CSM’s best new middle-grade books

skraelings_cover_thumb2Skraelings has been included in the Christian Science Monitor’s list of the 25 best new books for middle-graders.

Says the Monitor, “Written in sparse, lovely prose, ‘Skraelings’ is a historical novel and coming-of-age story set in the ancient Inuit Arctic. It is also an excellent resource for educators with a smattering of evocative illustrations that will appeal to graphic novel fans.”
