Nanuq: Life with Polar Bears Reviewed in the Spring/Fall 2017 Issue of the Polar Libraries Bulletin

Sandy Campbell, liaison for the University of the Arctic, has reviewed Nanuq: Life with Polar Bears in the Spring/Fall 2017 issue of the Polar Libraries Bulletin!

Here’s part of the review: “These are not just snapshots or scientific photographic records. Souders has an artist’s eye and has constructed many of the images as works of art. For example, on page 33, the bear shaking off water is backlit so that the droplets form a gold halo surrounding the animal.”
