Toronto Public Library has highlighted a number of must-read titles for adults in 2026, including Leave Our Bones Where They Lay written by Aviaq Johnston.

Read Indigenous is a yearly list of titles written by Indigenous authors, writers, illustrators, and Knowledge Carriers. The titles have been selected by the Indigenous Advisory Council at Toronto Public Library.
